South Pacific Convention 2014 - Kinda Eclectic Card & June RAK

The next Project to show you from the South Pacific Convention is the Kinda Eclectic Card featuring images from the Kinda Eclectic stamp set. In the card kit, we got supplies to make 2 cards.  One of the Cards was ours to keep and the other to be given/sent to someone special to you to just say hello or thank them for something they have done for you.

I chose to send my second card to one of my fellow crazy crafters who wasn't able to make it to Convention this year.  If you're the recipient of this RAK (Random Act of Kindness) Card, I hope you like it.

You are going to love the new Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack.  The little Hello Honey punched flowers are from the punch pack.  There is also a little star and love heart in the punch pack.

Sue

South Pacific Convention 2014 - Amazing Birthday Pouch

During May this year, I attended the Stampin' Up! South Pacific Convention in Melbourne. During the 3 days, we got to make a series of Projects using new products from the Annual Catalogue being released on July 1.  During Convention, I was recovering from a fractured elbow and couldn't stamp.  This past weekend I have put together 3 Projects, which I will share with you throughout the week.

The first Project is called 'Amazing Birthday Pouch'.  The pouch contains 3 Birthday Cards and the featured images are from the Amazing Birthday Stamp Set.  How gorgeous does the Gold Glimmer Paper look on this design?  Love it!

Crazy Crafter Project Life June Blog Hop

Thank you for joining The Crazy Crafters team for our monthly blog hop.  The theme for the June Blog Hop is Project Life.   We hope you enjoy our virtual hop where you will learn great techniques for your paper crafting projects.

You should have just left stop number 5 on the Crazy Crafters Hop - Laura Britten from Samping with Laura Jane .  If so, you are in the right spot. If you get off track, the full blog lineup below will help you move along from blog to blog so you see all of the amazing creations.

My Project for the hop is a Project Life page of a short break to Canberra my partner, David & I did in April for his birthday.  Part of my present to David was a Photography Tour at the National Zoo.  As part of the Tour, we got to see a lot of animals close up, which is really exciting for us amateur photographers.  There will be other PL pages published in the not too distance future, because after completing just 1 page I am hooked!  It is so easy to put a page together and makes for a wonderful memory keeper.

The next stop is Alex Trofimov at Pink Craft Mama, stop number 7 on the Crazy Crafters Blog Hop!

Blog Line Up -
1. Kylie Bertucci at Crafty Kylie
2. Tamie Holt at Tamie Luvs Craft 2
3. Carolina Evans at Studio Evans
4. Deborah Raymer at Debzhouse
5. Laura Britten at stamping with Laura Jane

Sneak Peek - New In Colors

Let me introduce you to the new Stampin' Up! In Colors for 2014-2016 - Blackberry Bliss, Hello Honey, Lost Lagoon, Mossy Meadow & Tangelo Twist.

I've made a few cards over this long weekend with the new In Colors and I have fallen in love with them, especially the coordinating Stitched Satin Ribbon.  It's such a gorgeous ribbon as you'll find out when you get your hands on them.

The Card Design features my favourite butterflies from the Papillon Potpourri stamp set, the Postage Stamp Punch and the embossed detail is from the Needlepoint Border Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. This Embossing Folder is retiring, so if you like the detail you can create on a card using the Needlepoint Borders, best to purchase it before it's gone for good.

The new In Colors will be available for purchase from July 1.

Blackberry Bliss
Hello Honey
Lost Lagoon
Mossy Meadow
Tangelo Twist
